At TrippyStore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor; if your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your TrippyStore account, navigate to your order history, and select 'Request Return' for the specific home items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Securely package your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure fragile home goods are not damaged during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving the goods.
